Quality policy: the company's quality policy is based on the basic principles of quality management and is the company's overall quality purpose and quality direction. In order to achieve the goal of customer satisfaction and ensure that the customer's needs and expectations are met and translated into the company's product and service requirements, the company's quality policy is formulated as follows: Full participation and Excellent quality; Customer atisfaction, Continuous improvement.

The company's quality management system is divided into Customer-oriented Process (COP), Support Process (SP) and Management Process (MP).

• Customer-oriented Process: the process of direct contact with external customers through input and output, which directly affects customers and brings benefits to the company directly.

• Support Process: provide main resources or capabilities. in order to achieve the company's business objectives, support the customer-oriented process to achieve the expected objectives. support process is a necessary process to realize the functions of customer-oriented process.
• Management Process: used to measure and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the customer-oriented process and support process, organize and plan the process of transforming customer requirements into objectives and indicators measured by the organization, determine the organization structure of the company, and generate company decisions, objectives and changes, etc.

There is no outsourcing process in the company's quality management system. If there is outsourcing in the later period, it is defined and controlled in the process design and development, inspection equipment management, product manufacturing and other processes. The company is not exempt from the responsibility of meeting all customer requirements.​
