Our Design :
MIYU's modular design allows you to add on additional features, depending on the number and type of tests required. One possible choice is to integrate the spray system with a regular temperature and humidity chamber to save money and floor space, while also creating an opportunity to simulate actual operating conditions your product may experience.
Our system uses multiple control solenoids to vary the water's spray volume/pressure. A holding tank prepares the water to the desired temperature, if required. A pump ensures the water is delivered in the proper pressure range. The water is fed to a motorized manifold that rotates the spray arms. Each spray arm has an adjustable valve to allow finer control of the spray.
Testing capabilities
The specification is modeled after and doesn't differ greatly. Details about the nozzle types and the rotating nature of the spray arms and product table are also included in the requirements. Additionally, drip and car wash tests are also specified.

The centerline of the nozzle(s) shall be directed downward at an angle of 45 degrees to the vertical axis of a rotating test platform... 1. Do you offer after-sales service? How can I ask for that? And how about the warranty?
Every machine from our factory has a 1 year warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 1 year for the FREE maintenance for our customers. If your machine doesn’t work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem, we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.
2. What’s the delivery term?
Normally, the delivery time is 10-25 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you.
3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine.
4. How to install and use the product?
We will send you operating instructions, most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, all you need to do is to connect the power cable and start to use. And if possible, we can also install your machine at your location.
