Main functions:

This series machines are full computer automatic control and mainly used for tensile, compression, bending and shearing test of metal materials and meet to the requirements of GB/T228.1-2010, ISO, ASTM, JIS. This machine is also used for compression and bending test of nonmetal materials, such as cement, concrete and so on. Equipped with special auxiliaries, it can be used for mechanical property testing of fastener, wire rope and components. They are perfect testing instruments for project quality testing section, university and colleges, research institution and industrial and mining enterprise.

Host Features
1. Adopts that fuel tank is mounted under the host, tensile test space is located above the host, compression, bending, shearing test space is located under the host, means between beam and worktable.
2. The structure is designed with solid four column and two screw, the whole machine has strong stability.
3. The host is designed all-inclusively to ensure its super strong stiffness so that it can resist micro-deformation when it is loading.
4. Beam adopts adjustable gap screw-nut mechanism, eliminating the gap and improving the measurement performance.
5 . Fuel tank adopts gap sealed, improving the measurement accuracy and also extending service lifetime.

1. Do you offer after-sales service? How can I ask for that? And how about the warranty?

Every machine from our factory has a 1 year warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 1 year for the FREE maintenance for our customers. If your machine doesn’t work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem, we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.

2. What’s the delivery term?

Normally, the delivery time is 10-25 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you.

3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine.

4. How to install and use the product?
We will send you operating instructions, most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, all you need to do is to connect the power cable and start to use. And if possible, we can also install your machine at your location.
